The kitchen at the "Kaiserstuhler Hof" focuses on regional products of the best quality : this produces crispy tarte flambées , homemade rösti , homemade spaetzle , crunchy grilled vegetables and all sorts of other delicacies, freshly prepared for you by our top chef. In addition, seasonal specialties and local game dishes are offered. Ask the service staff.

We serve you, among other things, the best Rothaus beer from the Baden state brewery, which brews the famous "Tannenzäpfle" not far from here.
